From lease proposal, to letter of intent through lease review, we manage every detail of the lease negotiation process to achieve our client’s goals.  We thoroughly review and comment on lease terms and conditions with our client’s counsel and/or independently.  While most company’s only focus on the rent and lease term, our in-depth knowledge and expertise allows us to create value on other issues in lease documents which can have a significant impact on our clients operations and overall corporate strategy.  

 

LEASE RENEWAL AND RENEGOTIATION

It is important for tenants to hire representation when evaluating a lease renewal or relocation.  Our market knowledge, transactional expertise and lease document experience allow us to effectively negotiate lease renewals on behalf of our clients while saving them money on their office rent. 

 

PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS
